Health checkup

The result of a medical came in today.
I knew I suffered from anemia, but it had got worse.
I think my laziness is caused from anemia, or rather my laziness causes anemia!?
I heard that "all illness comes from the mind", so changing my mind is worth the effort, isn't it?
Though, for me, kind of, it sounds bothersome....
